To be eligible for a return within 30 days of purchase, please contact us regarding the reason for your return. Your equipment must be unused and in the original packaging. A return authorization is needed from a VertiMax Customer Service representative. To obtain this authorization you will need to open a case. To facilitate this process please send an email to support@vertimax.com with all your information.
Please note that a 15% restocking fee will be assessed. You will also be responsible for handling the return shipment of your item. You should consider using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance as we cannot guarantee receiving your returned item.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you a notification via email. If your refund is approved, the original shipping costs will be deducted and the balance will be processed utilizing the same method of payment.
